Hey, that’s a pretty cool new feature. I like the scrolling function of it that makes it work kind of like a music playlist on a mp3 player.
Vampires have been pretty popular lately and although these popular books are featured here on the blog, most people use the main catalog for their reading needs. There happens to be a “Top Ten” popular books list on the new catalog, unfortunately, it seems that the most popular items checked out aren’t even books! The number one checked out item is the rechargeable nickel-metal hydride battery 1.2 v Size AA, which IS accurate, doesn’t do much for people who want to check out what other people are reading. If there is some way to prevent these items from being picked up by the Top List Generator, I think that it would be more helpful for curious readers at the library.
